History of A Life for a Life

Overview

A Life for a Life is a story scene set in The Last City during Operation Elbrus, the seasonal story after The Witch Queen (finale, March 2022). Crow shut down the psychogenics lab and killed one of Empress Caiatl's Psions; she demanded a life for a life. As she prepared to execute Crow, Saladin Forge offered his own life instead. Caiatl accepted and made him serve permanently on the Cabal War Council, renaming him Brachus Forge.

The sources do not say how to launch it or give a power level; it appears to be a cinematic part of the seasonal quest progression rather than a replayable activity. Other wikis may place it in a different season, so treat that as unverified.
