History of Aeon Safe

Aeon Safe is Exotic Gauntlets for Titans, part of the Aeon set with Aeon Soul (Warlock) and Aeon Swift (Hunter). Flavor text: "We are unique emanations of the same shared Light." from the Cult of the Aeons.

Overview

Rather than a conventional intrinsic perk it adds an extra Aeon Cult mod socket with three mods, all unlocked automatically and free of Glimmer or charges:

• Sect of Force: punish powerful combatants before they can harm allies (red light).
• Sect of Insight: empower allies and keep them supplied (blue light).
• Sect of Vigor: keep allies in the fight (green light).

A GameRevolution overview adds that all three Aeon pieces also give nearby teammates a buff to ability energy (barricade for Titans, grenade for Warlocks, dodge for Hunters). Introduced in Season 2 (Curse of Osiris era); the pieces have been buffed over time, per creator reviews.
