History of Aeon Swift

Aeon Swift is Exotic Gauntlets for Hunters, part of the Aeon set with Aeon Safe (Titan) and Aeon Soul (Warlock). Flavor text: "We are unique emanations of the same shared Light." from the Cult of the Aeons.

Overview

No traditional intrinsic perk; it adds an Aeon Cult mod socket with Sect of Force (red, offensive), Sect of Insight (blue, ally support) and Sect of Vigor (green, ally survivability), all unlocked at no cost. Per GameRevolution, nearby teammates also gain dodge energy. Introduced in Season 2 (Curse of Osiris era).

Acquisition

• Exotic Engrams (random drop). The wiki source lists only engrams; the sibling pieces are also sold by Xûr for 23 Legendary Shards, so Swift may appear there too, which I could not confirm.
