History of Air-Cooled Core

Overview

Air-Cooled Core is a Basic Origin Trait for weapons from Season 28. Sprinting briefly speeds up venting or reloading. While the weapon is at low heat or has a full magazine, aiming down sights also gives extra handling and movement speed. It is a two-state trait: the sprint bonus is a short reactive boost, and the aim bonus is a standing bonus that only applies when the weapon is cool or full.

It fits play where you move between fights and reload often, since the reward is tied to sprinting and reloading. Exact handling, movement and duration figures are not listed. No balance changes are recorded.
