History of Alkestis, Sacrificial Mind

Alkestis, Sacrificial Mind is a large Vex Minotaur and the boss at the end of the Perdition Lost Sector on Europa, reached through Cadmus Ridge. It first appeared in Destiny 2: Beyond Light.

Fight

Alkestis fires Void projectiles from its Torch Hammer at players. Getting too close triggers a stomp that deals heavy damage and launches players backward. It is backed by Harpies and Hobgoblins, and summons more of them after losing a significant amount of health. It has few defensive abilities and can be destroyed quickly by a high Light level player using powerful weapons.

Rewards

Defeating Alkestis grants the code to the Lost Sector cache. Solo clears on Legend or Master difficulty may also grant a piece of Exotic armor and Enhancement Cores.
