Allied Demand is a Legendary Kinetic Sidearm.
Overview
Destinypedia says it first appeared in the Warmind expansion and was reprised in Season of Plunder; the Destiny Game Wiki lists Season 20. It has a well-rounded grip intrinsic, 67 Stability and high aim assistance (85). Destinypedia's notable rolls: Auto-Loading Holster with Rangefinder, Rapid Hit with Multikill Clip, and Well-Rounded with Frenzy. The Destiny Game Wiki's curated roll is Smallbore, Ricochet Rounds, Air Assault and Under-Over.
Acquisition
Both sources describe it as an Iron Banner reward: completing matches and rank-up rewards from Lord Saladin, and Iron Engrams (the Game Wiki also mentions focused decoding with the vendor).
The two opened sources (Destinypedia and the Destiny Game Wiki) disagree on some details such as the season of introduction, and neither states whether the weapon can be crafted or has an Adept version, so those are treated as not stated. Bungie's in-game source text reads "Random Perks: This item cannot be reacquired from Collections."
