History of Allstar Vector

Allstar Vector is a Skimmer introduced in Season of the Wish (Season 23) and sold by Eva Levante. Reported tier varies between Basic and Exotic (2024).

In a short story excerpt, Spider and Prak'kesh find Skimmers in a storeroom, logged as a personal vehicle shipment donated to the City by a donor named Concordat. Neither recognizes the donor, and Prak'kesh notes that donations to the games usually involve a bet or official Vanguard merchandise.
