Overview
Anchor, or the Anchor District, is a section of The Last City. During the Red Legion invasion at the start of the Red War, civilians including Eva Levante were trapped there by Cabal soldiers. Guardians and the City Militia defended them. The district was first mentioned in Season of the Forge and is mentioned again in Season of the Wish.
