History of Anti-Extinction

Anti-Extinction is a Legendary Armor set of the Dead Orbit faction from the base game, for Hunter, Titan and Warlock. Its lore comes from "The Book of Departures", which stresses emigration as Dead Orbit's founding principle.

Pieces

• Titan: Anti-Extinction Helm, Gauntlets, Plate, Greaves, and a Stella Incognita Mark
• Hunter: Mask, Grasps, Vest, Legs and Stella Incognita Cloak
• Warlock: Hood, Gloves, Robes, Boots and Stella Incognita Bond

Acquisition

Sold by Arach Jalaal during Faction Rally to Guardians pledged to Dead Orbit, after earning enough Dead Orbit Engrams. Per D2 Wiki each piece cost 20 Legendary Shards (25 for chest and helmet) plus 10 Dead Orbit Tokens; Destinypedia gives 15-25 Shards. The costs differ between sources and are from Season 2, so they may no longer apply.
