History of Arask

'''Arask, the Bully''' is a Fallen Captain (rank: Ultra) and the cruel, cowardly leader of a pirate gang in the Themis Cluster. He first appears in the Season of Plunder and in the opening chapter of Between Stolen Stars, where his crew is short on Ether and taking poorly paid work.

Overview

Arask rules his crew through fear and punishment. When a message from Eramis arrives, he calls his crew back together and raises the old flag of his Ketch, signalling that they will sail again.

Role in the story

Eramis hires Arask and his crew to hunt for the relics of Nezarec on behalf of the Witness. Arask finds and claims one, but the Guardian cuts through his crew at his hideout, and he is slain by the Lightbearer, who takes the relic.

Pirate Hideout

Arask is the final boss of Pirate Hideout: The Bully, an activity set on the asteroid 14072 Volterra in the Themis Cluster. He retreats after losing a quarter of his health and must be chased to the final arena, where he is finished and his relic is claimed.
