History of Arc Web

Overview

Arc Web is a passive Stormcaller ability in the Attunement of Conduction tree. When grenades damage an enemy, that enemy chains lightning to nearby enemies, and each chain restores grenade energy.

Values

As of the 2.8.0 update the chain damage was 27 with an 11 m radius. Before that patch the chain damage was 36, the radius was 12 m, and energy returns were higher (PvE 3%, PvP 10%, now 2% and 8%). Season of Plunder moved the perk's properties onto Spark of Shock.
