Overview
An Archon Prime is a Fallen Archon who has seized leadership of a House. Aksis, Archon Prime, broke tradition by establishing his own authority over the House of Devils and reviving Sepiks Perfected to control ether distribution. Archons normally link a Kell to the House's Prime Servitor; see also Archon Levaszk of the House of Exile.
