History of Arcology

Overview

Arcology is a ruined former city on Titan that is now a patrol zone, known as the New Pacific Arcology. Titan's arcologies were built to study the life forms in the moon's methane sea. The Darkness caused a great tidal wave that damaged or destroyed many arcologies, and the Collapse then stopped most people from escaping. The city is now overrun by Hive.

Red War

In the Red War, Commander Zavala and other Guardians used the arcology as a base, but they were overrun. They could not access their Light to fight back until a Guardian fought through to the CPU, which let them begin their counterattack.

Activities

The arcology has Titan Adventures, including Bad Neighbors, Siren Song and Deathless. It also has three Lost Sectors, public events, scannable objects, Titan Challenges and the Enemy of My Enemy world quest. Its sectors include the Arboretum, Solarium, Festering Halls, Utopia, Sinking Docks, Siren's Watch, The Rig, Tidal Anchor, Methane Flush and Chasm of Screams.
