History of Back in Superblack

Back in Superblack is a triumph for acquiring the Superblack shader by unlocking the containment chamber in the Hall of Champions. It is worth 5 points.

How to complete

1. Earn Superblack Key Alpha: reach Rank 17 with Lord Shaxx (10,000 Hype) by playing the Onslaught playlist. It is the final reward on his rank track. Completing the Brave weapon quests and Arcite's bounties speeds up the reputation.
2. Earn Superblack Key Omega: complete all 12 Brave arsenal weapon quests from Arcite 99-40 (weapons include Blast Furnace, Luna's Howl, The Recluse and The Mountaintop). The quests are not time-gated and can be done in sequence.
3. With both keys, go to the Superblack containment in the Hall of Champions, use the terminal next to the containment field, then interact with the black mass inside. The shader unlocks on your account for weapons and armor.

Notes

• Source: Into the Light added the shader and its containment. One guide notes it became temporarily unobtainable after The Final Shape launched with no return date, so check whether it is currently obtainable. An early guide said only 6 of the 12 Brave quests were available at first; later guides say all 12 are.
