History of Battle Scar

Battle Scar is a Legendary Kinetic Pulse Rifle with a Lightweight Frame.

Overview

Destinypedia says it first appeared in Warmind and returned in Lightfall; the Game Wiki lists Season 20. Game Wiki curated roll: Encore, Kinetic Tremors and the Field-Tested origin trait. Flavor text is attributed to Lord Shaxx.

Acquisition

Destinypedia says Flashpoint rewards and Legendary engrams; the Game Wiki says Legendary engrams and faction rank-up packages, naming Banshee-44 as vendor.

The two opened sources (Destinypedia and the Destiny Game Wiki) disagree on some details such as the season of introduction, and neither states whether the weapon can be crafted or has an Adept version, so those are treated as not stated. Bungie's in-game source text reads "Random Perks: This item cannot be reacquired from Collections."
