History of Better Devils

Overview

Better Devils is a Legendary Adaptive-frame Hand Cannon that deals Strand damage and uses the Primary ammo slot. Its flavor text reads "Angels can't help you here."

Perk options include Slideshot, Slice, Perpetual Motion, Moving Target, Rangefinder, Rapid-Hit and Reconstruction, plus Magnificent Howl, Precision Instrument, Opening Shot, Explosive Shot, Zen Moment, Hatchling and Kill Clip, with the origin trait Nadir Focus. It is rated C-tier for PvE and A-tier for PvP. Suggested PvP rolls pair Moving Target or Slideshot with Opening Shot or Precision Instrument. One PvP roll is Hammer-Forged Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Moving Target and Explosive Payload, and one PvE roll is Chambered Compensator, Slice and Frenzy.

Acquisition

• It drops from the Crucible Ops playlist and is not craftable.
• It also drops from Crucible matches, and it can be focused from Lord Shaxx in the Tower using Crucible engrams.
• It also drops from many Crucible modes, including Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner-adjacent and seasonal playlists. It has random perks and cannot be reacquired from Collections.
