Magazine perk that makes explosives more effective. Its in-game text says the weapon's explosives are more effective, and it slightly increases blast radius while decreasing Stability. The page's earlier figures are +5 blast radius at a 10-point stability cost. It rolls on Grenade Launchers such as Truthteller and Orthrus, and on Rocket Launchers such as Pyroclastic Flow, Curtain Call, Hoosegow, Mos Epoch III, Tiebreaker and Countess SA/2.
