For PvP both DBLTAP and Shacknews favor Full Bore or Hammer-Forged Rifling with Accurized Rounds, Quickdraw (Shacknews also allows Snapshot Sights) and Opening Shot, and DBLTAP notes this matches its curated roll. DBLTAP's PvE picks are Fourth Time's the Charm and Swashbuckler with Fluted Barrel and Assault Mag, with Rampage and Surplus as alternatives. Both stress masterworking for Range.

Acquisition

• Shacknews says it drops from the Altars of Sorrow public activity on the Moon, from the chest after the final boss, where the weapon of the day is randomly rolled.
• DBLTAP says it appears from Altars of Sorrow on certain days, and also lists the Pit of Heresy dungeon with no guaranteed drop.
• The game data attached to this page says it has random perks and cannot be reacquired from Collections.
