Overview

Breakneck is a Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle with a Precision Frame, which makes its recoil pattern more predictably vertical. Its curated roll per Destinygamewiki is Polygonal Rifling, Extended Mag, Subsistence and Onslaught, with the Gun and Run origin trait. Destinypedia also lists Rampage, which grants temporary bonus damage on kills and stacks three times, with Onslaught increasing fire rate as Rampage stacks.

Acquisition

Destinypedia says Breakneck debuted in Season of the Forge as a reward for the Gambit Pinnacle quest and also appears in Season of the Wish. Destinygamewiki dates the current version to Season 23 and lists Legendary engrams and faction rank-up packages as sources. The sources disagree on how it is obtained.
