History of Brig

A Brig is a bipedal Fallen war machine. Brigs trace their design to Insurrection Prime, a machine that Kell's Scourge built from stolen phase technology and Fallen parts. House of Salvation later mass-produced the design under Eramis, and it spread to other Fallen houses. Brigs first appeared in Beyond Light.

Brigs hover and carry Arc electrocution bolt turrets on their lower chassis. Some variants fire Void cannons, Solar missiles or Stasis freeze cannons. Once the frontal plating is badly damaged it detaches, exposing a weak point and unlocking stronger attacks, and the Brig can unleash area attacks.

Variants include House of Salvation, House of Dusk, House of Exile and Piker Brigs, plus Enforcer, Warbringer and Wrathborn Brigs. Guardians can pilot Brigs in activities such as Heavy Metal and Reclaim.
