How to complete

1. Visit a Distorted Destination (shown with a red circle on the destination map).
2. Collect Strange Matter from chests, material nodes and public events.
3. Once you have enough, a Strange Signal marker appears; beat the tough Distorted enemy there and open the Strange Cache beside it.
4. Repeat ten times in total.
