History of Cerebral Uplink

Overview

Cerebral Uplink is the intrinsic perk of Eye of Another World. It highlights priority targets, improves grenade, melee, and Rift ability regeneration, and provides a small airborne-effectiveness benefit to weapons. Bungie's July 15, 2025 Update 9.0.0.1 lists Eye of Another World among Exotic armor whose ability-energy effects now scale with the relevant character stat. Older sources quote a fixed recharge percentage; that figure is not stated as a universal current value here.
