History of Ch3-5ka

Overview

Ch3-5ka is a repurposed Redjack frame that works as the assistant of Brother Vance. Vance calls it "Cheska". It appears in Chapter 5, "[Ambition]", of the Trials and Tribulations book, which was added in Season of the Worthy on March 10, 2020.

Chapter 5

From an observation alcove in the Lighthouse, Ch3-5ka narrates a Trials match and captures analysis data while Vance watches the Lighthouse's hum. When a Hunter's fireteam is wiped, Ch3-5ka flags the outcome as a "Match-call misalignment" and calls it cheating. Vance dismisses the concern, orders the match awarded, and tells Ch3-5ka it is no longer needed. Sources differ on which team gets the win: one says the team with the incinerated Guardian, the other the Titan's team.

Vance later decommissioned Ch3-5ka to keep his research between himself, Mara Sov, Osiris and the Light and Dark.
