History of Chapter 18

Chapter 18 is a lore entry in the book Tales of the Forgotten — Vol. 3, added in Season of the Witch and tied to the Festival of the Lost 2023 event (Ishtar Collective dates the release 17 October 2023). The book collects tales of Immaru, Glint and Eido during the Last City's Festival celebrations.

Summary

Immaru visits the Derelict seeking information on the Headless Ones from the Drifter. He meets another Ghost, malformed with a blood-red eye, more interested in its collection of specimens than in helping, and Immaru hurriedly transmats away.

Unlocking

Destinypedia states the book's entries were acquired by exchanging Manifested Pages during Festival of the Lost 2023, and a third-party write-up says the pages come from Haunted Sectors at a cost of roughly 2–7 pages per entry. The exact page cost for this chapter is unconfirmed.
