History of Chapter 24

Chapter 24 is a lore entry in the book Tales of the Forgotten — Vol. 3, added in Season of the Witch and tied to the Festival of the Lost 2023 event (Ishtar Collective dates the release 17 October 2023). The book collects tales of Immaru, Glint and Eido during the Last City's Festival celebrations.

Summary

Eido seeks out Ikora Rey, meditating beneath a jacaranda tree, about writer's block while crafting scary stories. Ikora advises her on handling fear and to use the Deck of Whispers for self-reflection rather than fortune-telling: "You are the one who ascertains a course of action. Not the cards."

Unlocking

Destinypedia states the book's entries were acquired by exchanging Manifested Pages during Festival of the Lost 2023, and a third-party write-up says the pages come from Haunted Sectors at a cost of roughly 2–7 pages per entry. The exact page cost for this chapter is unconfirmed.
