History of Charges of Light

'''Charges of Light''' are offerings sold by Petra Venj in the Dreaming City. They come in Tiers I, II and III, plus Unstable Charges of Light. Petra sells Tier I for 2,500 Glimmer, Tier II for 5,000, Tier III for 7,000 and Unstable for 10,000.

Charges of Light are used to progress the weekly Gateway Between Worlds bounty, which costs 40 Dark Fragments and rewards XP++ and an Offering to the Oracle. The wiki page for that bounty does not give per-tier progress values.
