History of Chroma Rush

Overview

Chroma Rush is a Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle, a Rapid-Fire Frame at 720 RPM, introduced in Season of the Splicer and, per d2.destinygamewiki.com, returned in Season 25. Flavor text: "Drink from the data stream." Its curated roll has Chambered Compensator, Steady Rounds, Tunnel Vision, Tap the Trigger and the Splicer Surge origin trait. Destinypedia names Feeding Frenzy, Thresh, Rampage, Kill Clip and Adrenaline Junkie among its possible perks (older roll pool, so the pools may differ by era).

Acquisition

Destinypedia: part of the general loot pool from Season of the Splicer. d2.destinygamewiki.com lists the source as Episode Revenant seasonal activities. Craftable and Adept status are not stated by either (one wiki only mentions random rolls). Check in game for the current source.
