History of City Traversal

City Traversal is an area of the Encore Exotic mission. Players create a platform by placing the Vex Module//CONNECTION pickup in its bowl, then head left toward the cylindrical platforms and ride the grav lifts. Down a tunnel toward a Vex-looking house, they kill adds until the Minotaur Independent Variable spawns and drops the Vex Module//PARTITION pickup.

The Partition pickup goes into the bowl beside a shell-shaped door, which opens the door and removes the solid walls around it. Behind the door are Radiolite samples and a conflux that leads to the first set of secrets, which become available once the Ancillary Transit Nexus conflux is activated after the NES007 specimen quest is completed. Sources differ on where the Partition module drops; one guide places it near a dunk terminal.
