Closing Time is a trait that improves range, accuracy and handling as the magazine runs lower. Running the magazine down is what turns it on, so it suits weapons you reload often. It is in the perk pool of many weapons, including Vantage Point, Deadlock, Pressurized Precision, Occluded Finality, The Palindrome and Blasphemer.
