History of Cluster Bomb

Overview

Cluster Bomb is a Rocket Launcher perk: "Rockets spawn cluster bombs upon detonation." Each rocket spawns eight bomblets. Each bomblet deals about 3% of weapon damage, based on a 2021 community damage spreadsheet (Patch 3.1.0.2). Bomblet spread is random and is not affected by Blast Radius. The perk is strongest against large targets or groups, because more bomblets are likely to connect.

History

Patch 2.2.0 (March 2019) cut the perk's damage by about 80 percent.
