History of Cluster Bomb

Overview

Cluster Bomb is a Rocket Launcher perk: "Rockets spawn cluster bombs upon detonation." Eight bomblets, each about 3% of weapon damage; spread is random and ignores Blast Radius. Best on large targets or groups. Rolls on Curtain Call, Crowning Duologue and Hezen Vengeance. It was nerfed in an earlier patch (about 80% damage cut per search coverage).
