History of Configuration: Gambit

Configuration: Gambit is a Season of the Seraph triumph for earning the Gambit ornament for the ritual pulse rifle Veles-X. It is not part of the required Seraph seal triumphs (Shacknews).

How to complete

1. Earn Veles-X first and rank up with The Drifter to rank 16.
2. Reset your Gambit Infamy rank and reach rank 16 a second time during the season. The second rank 16 awards the ornament, Nephthys-X (TheGamer, Destinypedia).
3. The Gambit playlists all feed this reputation, so just play them. Rank gains are faster with streaks and bonus-rep activities where available.

Rewards

The Nephthys-X ornament for Veles-X. Triumph score 20. TheGamer says missed ornaments can be bought from the Exotic Kiosk at the Tower for one Ascendant Shard each after the season ends, which may mean the triumph is obtainable later; this is unverified.

Note: TheGamer and Destinypedia agree on the second rank 16 requirement. Vendor-to-ornament mapping comes from TheGamer.
