History of Coral Devourer

Overview

Coral Devourers are enemies in the service of Xivu Arath, God of War, introduced in Season of the Deep.

Variants

Coral Devourers come in three ranks, Elite, Major and Ultra, and each rank has three species variants:

• Servitor (Fallen)
• Wizard (Hive)
• Taken Knight (Taken)

Where they appear

• Purify Coral encounter in the Abyss depth. They appear in groups with other enemies and drop Corrupted Coral spheres when slain. The first wave is Elite, the second and third are Major.
• Operation Fulgurite (Abyss), where the Taken Knight variant appears.
• Deep Dive activities, where all variants are listed.

A Pressure Trial adds Ultra-rank Coral Devourers in a fourth wave, with Elites appearing once the Ultras are defeated.
