History of Corrupted Key Codes

Corrupted Key Codes are consumables from the Splicer era of Season of the Splicer. They open Corrupted Conflux Chests, which spawn after the boss of a Corrupted Expunge mission is defeated. Those chests share the loot pool of regular Conflux Chests.

Key codes can drop from PvE activities, and a player can hold up to five at once. Opening three Corrupted Conflux Chests in one week earns a Pinnacle drop. Sources disagree on which activities drop them most reliably, and the mechanic dates from 2021, so check current guides before relying on it.
