The Court of Oryx was a player-initiated Destiny 1 activity introduced in The Taken King (2015). It takes place in the Hall of Souls on the Dreadnaught. Guardians offer a rune to a statue to summon a champion of Oryx's court, and up to nine Guardians can join. The summoner must stay in the court, or the boss despawns after 15 seconds.
