History of Cranial Spike IV

Overview

Cranial Spike IV is the fourth listed tier of the Cranial Spike intrinsic on the Exotic Dead Man's Tale.

Effect

Tier IV is described as chaining precision hits granting bonus target acquisition and range, the same text as tier II. Another description of the intrinsic gives bonus damage per stack in PvE, and reload speed, target acquisition and range per stack in PvP, so the mapping of tiers to effects varies between descriptions.
