History of Darkblade

Darkblades are a stronger variant of the Hive Knight, serving as heavy melee units and defensive infantry. They first appeared in Destiny with Alak-Hul, the Darkblade, a Strike boss. They advance slowly to crush players with axes, and when their helmets break they rush forward in a straight line. Some can teleport behind the player. Most are Ultra enemies, with Major variants, and all are immune to Finishers.

The three Fatesmiths of Incaru who guard Dul Incaru in the Shattered Throne are Darkblades, as are Gaurog, Alak-Tor and Ba-Kuur. Sources disagree on the naming: one says Gaurog and Alak-Tor were renamed Ba-Kuur with Beyond Light, so ribbon colour is the reliable way to tell them apart.
