History of Death Defying Fireteam

Overview

Death Defying Fireteam is a triumph in Destiny 2. It awards 10 Score upon completion. The objective requires the fireteam to complete a Defiant Battleground on Legend difficulty without any member of the fireteam dying during the encounter.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, form a fireteam and enter a Defiant Battleground activity. Ensure the difficulty is set to Legend. Proceed through the activity until completion. The triumph will only be awarded if no player in the fireteam dies at any point during the run.

1. Form a fireteam and queue for a Defiant Battleground on Legend difficulty.
2. Pick one of the Legend battlegrounds. The Legendary Trifecta triumph names the Cosmodrome, the European Dead Zone and Orbital Prison as the three Legend battlegrounds it covers.
3. Play the whole battleground without a death. One death from any fireteam member fails the run, so restart the battleground if someone goes down.

Tips:

• Stay grouped and cover each other's sightlines, since one death from any member fails the run.
• A Legend battleground run also counts toward Legendary Defiance, which needs only one Legend battleground, so the same clears progress both triumphs.
• The solo version, Death Defying, is a separate triumph. It needs one Defiant Battleground playlist activity completed without dying, so a solo player can work on it on the same maps.
• Solo flawless Legend runs of the Cosmodrome, the European Dead Zone and Orbital Prison show the challenge done alone.

Seal and rewards

This triumph is one of the Defiant Battlegrounds triumphs from Season of Defiance. It is not one of the twelve triumphs needed for the Queensguard title. It awards 10 Score, and no other reward is listed.
