History of Deathbringer Catalyst

Overview

The Deathbringer Catalyst is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires the player to defeat combatants using the Deathbringer Exotic Grenade Launcher. Completing the triumph awards no additional rewards or score points beyond the triumph itself.

How to complete

To complete the Deathbringer Catalyst triumph, the player must defeat 400 targets using the Deathbringer grenade launcher. The objective tracks the total number of targets defeated, with the current count displayed as "Targets defeated (0/400)".

The player must equip the Deathbringer weapon and use its primary fire or special abilities to eliminate enemies. Each enemy defeated by the weapon counts toward the total. The triumph does not require specific enemy types, locations, or activities, meaning targets can be defeated in any available game mode where the weapon can be used. The count is cumulative and persists across sessions until the 400-target threshold is reached.

No additional requirements, such as specific triumphs or items, are needed to obtain or complete this triumph. The player simply needs to continue using the Deathbringer to defeat enemies until the objective is fulfilled.
