History of Devil Splicers

Overview

The Devil Splicers are the Splicer sect of the Fallen House of Devils. They were a radical group devoted to the Golden Age technology SIVA, which they believed could let them transcend their Fallen forms. Their leaders were Aksis, Archon Prime, who was the first Splicer to reach apotheosis through SIVA; Vosik, the Archpriest and second-in-command; Kovik, Splicer Priest; and Sepiks Perfected, the Devils' Prime Servitor, enhanced by SIVA.

Rise of Iron

The Devil Splicers appear in Rise of Iron. The Guardians destroyed their SIVA replication facility at Site 6, and then attacked the Splicers' lair. Vosik was killed there, and Aksis was later destroyed in his Perfection Complex. Sepiks survived thanks to SIVA's regenerative powers. Months later, the remaining Splicers allied with Taniks' crew, and a Vanguard Strike on the Moon defeated them, leaving them broken and leaderless.

The Devil Splicers were not wiped out in a single event. Their supply of SIVA was reduced over several confrontations.
