History of Dynasty

Overview

Dynasty is a World Quest on Io, given by Asher Mir and set in Echo Mesa. It has five steps: Premeditation (confirm unusual Taken activity), Calculated Action (investigate possible new Taken leadership), Asher's Theory, The Long Play (stop the Taken assembling an army) and Gratitude (return to Asher).

Story

In Calculated Action, the team investigates Cabal bases where the Taken are capturing and converting Vex. Ikora Rey suspects it is a calculated risk to build a military force, and the escaped Taken Knight Ir Arok is the main threat.

Rewards

The Destiny 2 Wiki lists 16 Phaseglass Needles across the steps, Legendary gear and 2500 Glimmer. This was an early (Season of the Forge-era launch) quest, and rewards may differ now.
