Elatha FR4 is a Legendary Solar Fusion Rifle made by Omolon. Its flavor text reads "The sun shines on both joy and grief."

Overview

A High-Impact Frame fusion rifle (slow firing, high damage, more accurate when stationary and aiming down sights). Destiny Game Wiki's curated roll has Projection Fuse (range) and the Flash HS5 sight; random rolls can include Backup Plan, Kill Clip and Snapshot Sights.

Acquisition

Destinypedia says it first appeared in Curse of Osiris and returned in Season of Dawn; Destiny Game Wiki lists it as Season 9 and says it drops from Legendary engrams and faction rank-up packages. Craftable and Adept status are not stated.
