History of Empowered Rail

Overview

Imbuing the rail with paracausal energy improves the durability and effect duration of bolts. It greatly increases persistence and decreases handling speed. The wiki dates it to Season 27 and does not list weapon types. The manifest data shows it on A Good Shout, Opaque Hourglass and Submersion.
