History of Empowered Rail

Overview

Imbuing the rail with paracausal energy improves the durability and effect duration of bolts. It greatly increases persistence and decreases handling speed. It was added in Season 27.

It is a rail option on Submersion, a Combat Bow. Its listed effects are the same on that weapon: a persistence increase in exchange for handling.
