History of Encore (perk)

Overview

Encore stacks a bonus to Stability, Range and accuracy on each final blow. A body-shot final blow adds one stack, and a precision final blow adds two. The bonus has a maximum of four stacks and lasts 7 seconds, per Shatteredvault. The Enhanced version lasts 0.5 seconds longer.

It is a sustain perk: keep killing and the bonus stays up, which makes it useful on weapons that have to stay accurate through a long fight. It rolls on many weapons, including Hand Cannon and Auto Rifle rolls.
