History of Ether Storage

Overview

The Ether Storage is one of three random rooms in Ketchcrash. After a player uses the console, one of three doors opens at random: the left door leads to the Ether Storage, the centre door to the Treasure Hoard and the right door to the Maintenance Bay. The door choice is random even on Master difficulty.

Objective

The room holds glowing purple Ether tanks. A progress meter fills as they are destroyed, and the encounter ends when the meter is full. Enemies drop Ether Charges, which are picked up and thrown at a tank; each charge destroys one tank. Guides differ on which enemy drops the charges, with some naming Heavy Shanks and others Super Shanks.
