History of Ether Way

Overview

Ether Way is a Triumph in Destiny 2. The objective requires players to destroy storage tanks located within the Ether Storage area during the Ketchcrash activity from Season of Plunder.

How to complete

Ketchcrash is a boarding run in which you complete two of three random encounters before the Captain's Quarters and the Bridge boss. The storage tank encounter is one of the possible encounters.

1. Find the storage tanks around the arena. They glow purple and a progress bar under your objective fills as you destroy them.
2. Kill the Shanks. Heavy Shanks drop explosive charges, and one guide says a Super Shank drops three Ether Charges.
3. Pick up the charges and throw them at the glowing tanks. Each charge destroys one tank.
4. Repeat until the progress bar is full. The guide calls this the most time-consuming random encounter, and it is easier with a six-player fireteam.
