History of Euphony

Euphony is an Exotic Strand Linear Fusion Rifle from Destiny 2: The Final Shape (Season 24), in the Kinetic slot.

Overview

• Intrinsic perk: //Unwound//. Sustained damage spawns Threadlings at the target's location.
• Exotic trait: //Spindle//. Threadling damage increases the weapon's damage.
• Other perks: Arrowhead Brake, Particle Repeater, Short-Action Stock.

Acquisition

Random drop from The Witness, the final boss of the Salvation's Edge raid, at roughly 5% base chance per character per kill; raid triumphs such as "Unified Front" and Master difficulty raise the odds. With the Monument of Triumph update, all raids became farmable outside weekly rotation.

Catalyst

Added in June 2026, the catalyst is a random drop from the final boss of Salvation's Edge and adds the Enlightened Action perk. Complete the catalyst's in-game target-defeat objective to unlock it.
