History of Explosive Opposition

Overview\n\nExplosive Opposition is a triumph in Destiny 2. Its objective is to throw 15 Gourd Grenades (0/15). Throws count in the Haunted Altars of Sorrow activity and against opposing Guardians during matches.\n\n## How to complete\n\n1. Throw Gourd Grenades in the Haunted Altars of Sorrow activity. Each throw counts toward the 15.\n2. Or throw Gourd Grenades at opposing Guardians during a PvP match. Both routes add to the same counter.\n3. Check the objective's counter, which shows throws out of 15, to track progress.\n\nHaunted Altars of Sorrow is a six-player activity from the 2025 Festival of the Lost on the Moon. Players collect treats dropped by enemies, bank them to clear three waves, and then fight Sir Skullduggery. The horde-mode Altars of Sorrow event from Shadowkeep is a separate activity.\n
