History of Fall from Grace

Fall from Grace is a Weapon perk added to One Thousand Voices as a catalyst perk in the June 9, 2026 Monument of Triumph update. PC Gamer’s June 10 catalyst guide describes the weapon as partially Taken and says its detonations produce Taken energy that seeks nearby targets and blights them.
